Production
Not made in a toy factory.
Made on the YK Holding production line, in a factory that makes spare parts for the automotive industry.
01 — Process
Four steps.
There are four steps from design to quality control and every unit passes all four: frame casting, surface finishing, assembly and individual measurement. None is skipped, none is sampled. That is the habit of a line that makes automotive parts.
02 — Steps
How we build.
-
01
Design
Geometry, weight distribution and ergonomics are built at child scale. The centre of gravity is kept low so the tipping angle grows; most of the mass sits between the wheel axles.
Monocoque frame -
02
Mould
A single-piece casting die is prepared for the monocoque frame. No weld seams, no joints — the body the child holds is one piece. Fewer parts, fewer places to fail. Casting is already this factory's work in automotive parts.

Surface finishing
Bodies travel on an overhead conveyor while powder coating is applied and cured in an oven. The colour layer resists scratching; it does not peel when a child drops the bike.

Quality control
Every unit passes frame, wheel and seat-clamp tests individually. Measured values are compared against the targets in the production file; a unit that deviates does not leave the line.
Assembly and quality control
Representative images. They will be replaced once real photography of the facility is available.
03 — Facility
Under one roof.
Frame casting, wheels and the assembly line come together under one roof — a facility that produces parts for the automotive industry. The four steps above run in sequence there, carried by that industry's quality habits.
Parts
Every part off the line.
Three core components leave the line: frame, fork and cockpit. Each is machined on the same line and passes the same quality check.
Images are promotional; they are not photographs of a production sample.
