01 — Who we are

We build a child's first vehicle. Balance is not taught, it is earned — a child finds their own centre of gravity by wobbling, falling and trying again, and that moment is never forgotten. We design the machine that makes it easier: no pedals, no chain, no motor. One thing left to learn, and that is balance.

02 — Our values

Three principles.

1. A real vehicle

   A balance bike is sold in the toy aisle but it is not a toy. Sealed hub bearings, pneumatic tyres, a clamped handlebar — all bicycle parts. We publish its numbers like a bicycle too: 556 mm wheelbase, 68° head angle, 12-inch wheels.

2. Child first

   We do not shrink adult geometry; we build it for a child from scratch. The saddle drops to 350 mm so both feet reach the ground while seated. The head angle is 68°, meaning the fork is raked back — so the child does not tip forward.

3. Honesty

   We do not display certification badges we do not hold. We state on the page that product images are generated from the technical drawing and that facility images are representative. Every pre-production target figure is labelled as such.

03 — Background

Under YK Holding.

diffEVs is YK Holding's mobility venture. Manufacturing, quality and corporate structure sit under that roof, and production draws on the experience of a factory that makes spare parts for the automotive industry. There are two products today: the diffEVs ONE balance bike, on sale, and the diffEVs MOVE e-bike, now in prototype production.

Frame, fork and cockpit were drawn by one hand and are built in the same facility that produces parts for the automotive supply industry. The images below are cropped from the product's promotional photographs.
